Coffee Day

After waking up, thanking God for waking me up, turning on the morning news but before taking a shower, working out and starting my day,…. I make myself a cup of coffee, sit back and enjoy it.

However, today was a little different – after waking up, thanking God, turning on the TV to HLN and watching Robin Meade but before taking a shower, getting ready to start my day – I realized it’s COFFEE DAY. I already know it’s going to be a good day ;-)

Hi All-

July 13^th was the last time l blogged,… To be honest this blogging life takes serious dedication and commitment. However, l know it’s never too late to give it my best shot.

 However…..  I have been busy, over worked and recently ill. Busy cause of work, over-worked cause of the field l am in and recently ill because of the sudden change in weather.  Anyway, l once heard someone say speak what you want into your life – so I’m claiming my “good health” back J

October 1^st is around the corner and l would know because October 3^rd (bday) is almost here J This means the year is slowly coming to an end – dammmnnn everything, everyone seems to be moving so fast. Let’s all slow down this minute and listen to Oprah’s letter to her Younger Self – she’s exceptionally inspiring:
